Return and Refund Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We will review the case and help you with the best resolution and you can return it within 7 days of delivery of the product. Subject to the following conditions.
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use.
- If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before dispatch or you can refuse the delivery.
- Claims of the nature of ‘Buyer remorse’ (i.e. instances where products are bought by the Buyer by mistake or where the Buyer chooses to change his/her mind with regard to the product purchased by him/her) will not be entertained through this policy.
- We have acknowledged that if any of the Buyers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading, or not genuine, then we may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyer and may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the user id of such Buyer and/or disqualify that Buyer from availing protection through this policy.
